The 930 was built by Porsche from 1975 - 1989. It was often called the 911 Turbo. Porsche's top-of-the-line model for its entire production run, it was one of the fastest production cars in the world.
Porsche also offered a slantnose 930 under their special order program, which was an otherwise normal 930 with a 935-style slantnose instead of the normal 911 front end (the 935 was Porsche's factory racing version of the 930). Each slantnose was handcrafted by remodeling the front fenders. Slantnose 930s required a premium of 60 per cent over the standard price of a 930, making them ultra rare and ultra expensive.
