Mallard Duck

This very friendly mallard duck swam up to visit me while I was relaxing on the shore of Lake Cherful (in case you missed it, the lake was featured in my February 15 project). He was kind enough to stay long enough for a quick portrait. Mallards are common wild ducks that live in Northern Hemisphere wetlands. Best viewed large.
