1965 Ford Galaxie 500

The Ford Galaxie was a full-size car built from 1959 through 1974. The name was picked to appeal to the excitement surrounding the Space Race. The Galaxie was completely redesigned in 1965, and stepping up to the Galaxie 500 got you this very cool hood ornament, among other trim items.
