Welcome back to the car show. July's show was extraordinary and selected automobiles from that show will be featured in a number of mini-series for the next month or so.
My first mini-series is the Mercedes 230 SL roadster. Produced from 1963 through 1967, the 230 SL replaced both the legendary 300 SL and its less powerful sibling, the 190 SL.
