In Greenwich Village, Broadway takes a turn to the southwest at its intersection with 10th street. This kink in the road presents an attractive photo op if the photographer is willing to risk life and limb and stand in the middle of this very busy avenue. I was willing and somehow managed to avoid getting run over by any NYC cabs :)
Good shot! I'm never comfortable taking these kind of shots when crossing the streets in Manhattan. Either too busy trying to get somewhere or just afraid to get run over. I really like the vibes you are capturing in your street scenes...especially the ones you took in Wash Sq. Park.
