I love the emblems from American automobiles of the 1960's - highly styled, well crafted pieces of real metal that often were art in themselves. This Corvette Sting Ray emblem, circa 1965, is a perfect example. More effort went into styling and creating this emblem than went into styling entire cars during GM's dark days of the 1980's and 1990's.
