Thanks for all the nice comments on yesterday's blue hour shot. Now back to classic cars. First up is a 3 day mini-series on this lovely 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray, which received some styling changes from the original Sting Ray of 1963. The hood lost its non-functional trim panels, but the indentations for the panels remained. The major change was the loss of the coupe's iconic split rear window - it was replaced by a one piece window for better rear visibility. This made the '63 coupe highly valuable as it is the only year with a split rear window.
You sure seem to know your cars! Most of my friends drove GM cars. My father was a Buick man and my first car was a '57 Pontiac. I think it is quite sad to think what GM once was, the history of Chevys that many young men dreamed of owning and the great success of the Corvettes and now see what it has become. A great shot of history Danny!
