For Remembrance Day, my Dad and a couple of his chums, whose names I don't know. Dad is on the right, with one stripe up and the ever-present cigarette in his mouth. Dad, who was in the Canadian army, met and married Mum in England during the war, and my sister was born there. I came along a few years after the war, in Canada.
