Red Cake on Red Plate

Taken during outdoor coffee session yesterday. We only lasted about half an hour as the snow was blowing in on us :) My friend uses jello in the cake to give it the colour, and make it really moist and yummy.

Haven’t had a jello cake in years….used to make them for the family and sometimes to take to work. Yum!
