War Memorial #4: Crimean War, Halifax, NS

Known as the Welsford Parker Monument, this memorial in the Old Burial Ground in Halifax, NS, commemorates two men from that city who perished during the Crimean War. It was erected in 1860 and refurbished in 1989.
