Gypsy Camp in Gloucestershire

From the same 'round Britain' trip in 2000 as some others I've posted this month, same camera. This is near a place near Tirley, Gloucestershire, England. I know that Romany or travellers might be better terms to use, but have opted for a G word for today.
Nicely captured old caravans

What a great photo. Hope you enjoyed your touring trip in UK.

@carolmw @tinley23 Thank you! I was rather cautious about taking the photo, but I loved the caravans! The whole trip was wonderful.

Beautiful photo, brilliant colors. This looks like slide film?

@walrus Thanks, but no, not slide film. I gave up using that some time in the early 'eighties as I had no way of viewing the slides. Probably Kodacolor, I think.

Interesting how many are still around. I heard there is a Romany population in various states in the US. There is even a reality show called My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding. The wedding dresses are something else!

@gardenfolk Oh, I've missed that show somehow! I imagine it is quite entertaining!

They look wonderful Liz!

@spanishliz The wedding dresses are so over the top, full and bright...but I did see one with seashells in soft ocean colors that I would have wanted! The girls are so young and tiny.
