Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day

OK, this isn't really a grilled cheese, but it is close. It's one of my lunch time egg-veg-cheese in a bowl, microwaved with cheese bread on top. The underside of the bread becomes nice and cheesy and the top is slightly toasty. Yum.
