Reminiscing about an old gift

Out of the blue a friend from University posted a picture of a book for collecting recipes that I had sent for her 21st birthday more than 40 years old! I also have a copy of this book, with a slightly differently coloured cover. Here my daughter is holding up my copy. Very 1970's...
