Returning to one of our favourite places

There is always something different to see at Kingwood Junction - where the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal meets the Grand Union Canal. Got into conversation today with a fisherman by this pool about the lily pads here. I was surprised to learn that the pool is only 18" deep- which is slightly shallower than my fish tank at home!
