Made dinner tonight - blue cheese stuffed pork chops with roasted pears, and Brussels sprouts with shallots and mushrooms. I have made the Brussels recipe before, and it is amazing (and super easy once you get through all the chopping). First time making stuffed pork chops, and it went better than expected. The flavors in this combination were a hit together!
