Head Cheese

We took a mini staycation to check out the new Kimpton Hotel in Pittsburgh, and we had dinner at their terrific restaurant, The Commoner. There, we were able to try head cheese for the first time! It was actually pretty good, although it's best if you don't think about the ingredients while you're eating it!
