To pay my parents back for taking Lucy and me in for a week, I made them dinner on Tuesday night. I made a panko-breaded pork chop, my favorite bruschetta recipe (modified to accommodate my mum's balsamic vinegar allergy, which worked pretty well - sugar with red wine vinegar), and parsley red potatoes, served with some Dreaming Tree Cabernet. Good stuff!
