3 November 2016

Today we spent the morning at Romney Warren Country Park. We didn't see any rabbits but we saw evidence of where they had been digging! We had a nice walk around the trails where I spotted this feather hooked onto the seeds. It made me think of my dear Roddy boy who went to the bridge in August. This is our first holiday without him and it's so odd not having him around barking at the sheep and horses that we have seen and passed in the car. I miss him so much.
I am loving the wind-blown capture.Lovely tones too.

Brilliant white against the brown

Roddy gave you a gift with this. To have a memory spark the heart is a gift in my humble opinion. Very good dof.

I am so sorry for your loss. This is a beautiful capture. I lost my furry companion in June. I still don't know what to do without him. Thinking of you as you mourn your Roddy.

Very pretty! Love the stark white against the dark background.

My Mum always used to say that feathers appear when we think of our loved ones, whether they be human or animals. I am sure this is just a message from Roddy, you must miss him terribly.

Sorry for your loss.
Love the picture and the fact it brings back some nice memories.
Made me revisit this shot of mine. I'm sure Pepper is showing Roddy around :-)
