Yesterday I worked on a show for the Iranian New Year, which is later this month.
I wasn't operating a camera, the first half of the day's recording was wasted and we had to start again 8 hours after arriving on site and it was raining all day.
A rather tedious day's work.
I was stood here in one of our camera kit trucks so thought a selfie might be nice and easy. I was going to experiment more with the location to try and include more of the truck itself but my camera's battery ran out after 6 shots.
Ha...thank you all. And I hope i'm not sounding too morose. The Iranians had a great time but it was a frustrating day. I would have preferred to be operating a camera rather than babysitting while others do it - but...I do love my job. I see some wonderful events, locations and people.
And it wasn't too bad, just a very early start to a very wet and cold day.
omg you look like nick tilsley off of cornation street :) love the shot and it being a natural frame odd how the camera if thats what it is on the right adds to it i like it alot oh and would love your jon too
@ditto44 Hhmmm. I have heard this a few times before. I suppose I can live with that....think I prefer someone's rather odd comparison of the guy from Dexter - think he's much more handsome :) Thanks for the compliment re: the pic!!
