Inspired by @deniseescovino and @malc after seeing theirs, and because Denise said I should put one of me smiling up. This was taken just after getting ready to go out this evening...I'm running late as I write this!
Thank you for all the follows, FAV's and all the lovely comments this year. It has inspired me to keep going and push on even when I felt like I wasn't really getting anywhere. It's opened up a different way of looking at the world, and although it may not be obvious (your opinion not mine :) that I am getting better, I do actually feel like I am, but more importantly, I feel like I have learnt something, which is better than anything!

Lovely selfie Steve & congratulations on reaching 365! I have exactly the same opinions about this site, & as challenging as I have found it, I know my photography has improved & I have learnt so much about my camera & photography in general.

Good to know you're carrying on. I think it's a great way to learn, to improve, to enjoy other people's images (which is always good for the soul :) and to document life a bit.
I don't keep a diary and I feel this is one way to document a bit of what I get up to, as well as try and capture nice images for the same of it!
