This is the games table at The Lamb pub in Chiswick. I spent a day off in London with my colleague in between my first and second visits to Leicester and stayed at his so we went running, spent time in the pool and then had dinner before a quick drink in the pub before last orders.
3 good things:
1 - Brilliant run taking in the Thames and Hammersmith over almost 11km / 6.71 miles, in 55 minutes with Henry
2 - A lovely relaxing swim in the gym after the run
3 - A well-earned Pizza Express for dinner
