This is Rachel who I spent a day in London with last month, taken during breakfast in the hotel we stayed in. It was a good start to the day, before I had to go and set up for coverage of the London Marathon at the Canary Wharf site.
1 - Lovely start to the day with a breakfast in the Executive Lounge
2 - Great 9 mile run through London taking in the River Thames, London Bridge, the South Bank, Charing Cross Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, Parliament Square, Westminster Bridge, before heading back to the hotel
3 - Nice time with my friend for drinks in Shoreditch that evening
