A slightly disappointing effort today, after discovering only after taking 4 shots that my battery power was low. The first battery died and the the second one followed very quickly after swapping them as I hadn't charged them since arriving home from the UAE. I decided it would be good enough given the fact I was due to meet @aprilstumpff for coffee not long after in Norwich, as well as go shopping, and pop to my sister's too.
Gives me another reason to go back again tomorrow, or sometime soon.
3 good things:
1 - Running in the early morning sun just after taking this photo
2 - Getting Alexis' birthday gifts sorted in Norwich this morning
3 - Seeing both my nephews today for the first time in a few weeks
Intrigued that you might call this disappointing, I have looked through the last month or so of shots. In awe. All wonderful and I love the colours of the water in this.
I saw this shot on the Popular Page and felt that I had to comment. This shot is absolutely beautiful. The color and tones work so well together and I like the look of the water from the long shutter opening! Fav and follow!
I think I like this photo, its surreal, colour haunting, but I can't seem to come to grips with slow shutter shots of water etc. Water is full of movement and I miss that, but this is just my thoughts, that said I'm gonna follow you
@joannakate Thank you Joanna...and no worries...I like both effects with water, but I am enjoying producing this at the moment.. It will get boring at some point and I will try to capture something a bit more natural. Thank you for the follow too :)
I think I should have written something slightly more positive...it is an OK shot. I think the real disappointment was finding I had no battery power.
A big DOH moment!
Thank you for the comments and FAV's.
