The day after returning from Royal Troon in Scotland I had a few hours off before heading up to Leeds in the evening. I had a wander with my camera before getting breakfast in Chiswick in west London, and the local park was looking lovely in the baking hot morning sun.
3 good things:
1 - Awesome hot weather in London whilst having breakfast in Chiswick
2 - Lovely walk and an ice cream with my colleagues through Chiswick Park
3 - A great run in the evening near my hotel in Leeds with my colleague - my first in nearly 10 days
