This is the lovely Binnenalster in the middle of Hamburg city a few days ago. I had planned on making many trip[s into Hamburg during my 5 nights there but tiredness, weather and logistics (the usual excuses :) prevented me from getting in. I did make one trip in and found a lovely spot looking back toward the city for a few long exposures just before the sunlight slipped away for the night.
It's definitely a city worth seeing again with many great photos spots.
3 good things:
1 - Some very hot weather when it wasn't lashing it down with rain
2 - Good to get to the end of the day after a delay in play and an overrun for the crew
3 - A lovely little wander through Hamburg with my camera
