I have spent time trying to make my garden nice over the lockdown period but now my Buddleia growing well, the Sparrows are wanting to eat it

They're eating the seeds in the garden, too! I have replanted new seeds so let's see if they come up. I like the context of your sparrow photo for the story you are telling.
