Heron in the sun

I only nipped out for a little while today before the heatwave started. not much was about but I did spot this heron doing some sunbathing before it got too hot

This one has a good hairdo. I love watching the heron. Pretty much the only bird I can capture here but can never get tired if them. Great shot.
