Interior design 1960's

This is a piece from the Herman Miller furniture collection called the Eames chair. Constructed of fiberglass, it is still one of the most comfortable chairs i have ever sat in. The chair was handed down to me from my parents who purchased it when first married. It was considered "high end' furniture back then.
