My walking shoes

Every Spring, i am sprung... for a new pair of walking shoes. usually, the moderate price range, but when they are new will need to broken in. Last years shoes have lasted quite well, so, i think will wait for now. rain today, will plan springtime walks soon. Walking is the new RX medicine without the side effects. Going for an outdoor walk lifts our spirits
