I need a hand with my shoppings

I often write things to remember on my hand. I am doing this all my life now, so I’m not worried about my mental state (yet...) ;-)
This habit (my husband isn’t a big fan of) comes in handy while shopping ;-)

I do it sometimes. It has the advantage that I don't loose my hand very often.
