After having been nicely seasoned and oiled they go into the oven for a couple of hours. Then they taste sooo extra sweet :-)
Looks juicy... I love tomatoes, all kinds and ways...

@taffy unfortunately, no... Rains, no rains, snails... Zunlucky this year. 2 Green ones and not realy tasty. When you eat your own crop, the appreciation for the food is so much intenser. You've managed to grow quite a few, hey!?

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Yes, basil makes a good combination. Especially when you add it fresh after the baking.

@stimuloog Not too many compared to the number of plants, but more than it looked like for awhile. We have a ton of green ones at this point, and 7 red ones if varying sizes.
