May 5th! Cinco de Mayo which is really a gringo holiday - more a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride and anything. And it is also Kirby's mom's birthday. She always loved it that the Mexican's celebrated her birthday. She would have made a great Mexican Lady - she loved everything Mexican. (She has been gone almost 10 years now and we still miss her very much!)
