Our neighbors have a lemon tree - and this year they have hundreds of lemons on it. My husband uses an ounce of lemon juice each morning for his "tonic" with honey and cinnamon. Fortunately for my husband, the neighbors couldn't use 100's of lemons. We now have over a years worth of lemon juice in the freezer!
