One of the highlights of our trip was "sailing" through Manhattan. Kirby steered the whole day so that I could take pictures. I was sad that there was no sun and my pictures weren't very exciting. I have chosen to do this one in B&W because the lighting was so poor.
What a gorgeous shot of the Brooklyn Bridge! I'd love to sail through that area someday on our own boat. I've captained a little sailboat through New York harbor once (it was the very first time I sailed... a "Discover Sailing" thing at a boat show out of Liberty Landing Marina), and I've taken a sail on the Adirondack for our anniversary a few years ago, but I'd love to do it on my own boat.
I thought that was the Brooklyn Bridge! That must have been an awesome sailing day. Were you only around Manhatten during the day, or did you get to see the lights at night while in the water??
That would have been amazing to sail around Manhattan! The B&W gives the skyline a nice vintage feel. (I seem to have missed some of your photo album, but I'll try to get up to speed before the houseguests arrive this weekend & I'm out of touch again for awhile...)
