Feeling Blue

This peacock was strolling around the grounds of the San Diego zoo completely unencumbered. I thought it would be a good opportunity to put the new hi res camera to work.

@pcoulson You have a sharp eye Peter! I did in fact attempt to blur the background, but admittedly I did a pretty crummy job. The depth of field wasn't quite what I wanted and I was attempting to get the bird to stand out a little more. However the peacock's color and texture are untouched! The background is the restaurant where the bird was hanging out.

@terryliv Flamingos, peacocks, what's the difference? All goofy looking birds. Maybe I should start doing Peacock Wednesdays?
