Illuminated

Photo school tonight had us shooting on the Pacific Coast in Corona Del Mar. The golden hour presented us with some great lighting. In the distance there is a rock formation called the heart rock. If you turn your head sideways, the hole in the rock gives the appearance of a naturally formed rock - more natural than my flamingo for sure.
Stunning, light, tones and textures what a fantastic location Ron:)

Fabulous image. The light makes it, of course. I loved your Valentine Flamingos.

The gold tones in the rocks are fabulous. Great composition and colors.

Got the heart. The big rocks in the foreground kind of look like a procession of dragons heading out into the sea.

The light is definitely golden.

@gardencat Thank you Joanne, and you made a great observation there. I may have to head back to the area to enhance the dragon angle!
