Tater and Scooter are my "kids," and they allow me to share a small abode with them on occasion. On fewer occasions they allow me to capture their photo. Fortunate for me as this week's 52 Week Challenge subject is pets. I prefer to refer to them as "companions," but I'm not going to split hairs.
@yorkshirekiwi Oh, I am so sorry to hear this, Carole. Some of the toughest days of my lives are those after losing one of my kitties. I got these guys within days of losing my last companion, Charmin. Everyone said I shouldn't react so quickly and reflexively, but I did and it really helped. You certainly have my sympathy.
