18 century granary

Another rescued building at the Weald and Downland museum. This old granary building is resting on Staddle Stones, or stone mushrooms as they are sometimes called, for obvious reasons. They did this to keep out damp and vermin. The Granary building was originally at Littlehampton in Sussex.
