Chai tea

My new morning ritual.

Three things:
1. It's a beautiful morning, full of sunshine.
2. The sun's game is on this afternoon, we are playing in Adelaide against Port Adelaide. It's live on TV
3. Ive stuck to my new healthy lifestyle and it hasn't been so tough to do.
