Under a blood red sky

Sunrise. Neil called to tell me about the red sunset this morning. I got up in my dressing gown and went to the park next door and took a few shots :) caused by smoke and dust from bush fires and dust storms and very strong winds.
Oh my! Would this color be caused by smoke in your atmosphere? Or maybe a volcano eruption someplace on the planet with winds carrying the ash airborne? Just fabulous.

@louannwarren we are experiencing bush fires and dust storms. The atmosphere is unhealthy at the moment

It's really stunning- although the cause is not the best for your health. I know you're not near the fires, but stay safe! Gorgeous shot- good job on Neil for spotting it!

Gorgeous, but hope the fires are out soon. We are in fire season also.

Even better than the other shot. fav. Unfortunately, the result of bushfires and dust storms make for excellent photography.
