another capture from the fan expo last sunday. i was going to convert this to black and white but i also wanted to show his cool sunglasses and selective colouring wasn't doing the photo justice so...
i learned something in photoshop today - that you can add depth of field to your otherwise so-so shot.
@bill_fe - in guided mode, you click on 'depth of field' under photo effects. you outline the subject you want in focus and then 'add blur' to blur the background. pretty cool, huh? thank you, billy.
I think you're right- the black and white version is better (although you probably could have faded in the color of the sunglasses as in sc.) I can't figure out what's going on with his hand around the cup. But it's a fun shot and lol I thought this guy was taking part in the fund raising! Here I read a different story. Oh well!
