was at the beaches this morning to do some sneak shots. i got this guy running the stretch of these steps back and forth so many times. in both photos, he's on the second flight of steps; there are three, the lowest flight has a lot more steps than the the upper one you see here. and he'd run the three flights in a matter of seconds, then when he got to the top, there's a trainer who would spar with him or throw a ball at him while his back is towards the steps - i felt acrophobic just watching him. i might be wrong, but i think he's wearing a bullet-proof vest. when he came out of his vehicle, he had to put it on. i wondered if he's one of our high calibre athletes.
this was at the harris water filtration plant at the beaches.
It might be a weight vest which makes him train harder so that when he takes it off his muscles are used to working for the heavier weight and give him better performance at his lighter weight! Nice shot composed into a collage very well! Great actions to catch him mid stride both up and down! sneaky too!
@summerfield YW Sometimes you see people running with a back pack which can be a poor man's weight vest. Same effects. you are so brilliant I am surprised i knew this and you didn't !
Makes my knees ache just looking! Great spot Vikki. Let's face it it is not sneaky to take pix of a chap running in bright red suit and yellow shoes, he is setting himself up for it. On the back view can see weights in that jacket (and a cute butt!)
