so after the scary episode, i came here, at least the water is only waist deep and it's frozen solid. the clouds look funny, ain't it?
Awesome view ... and perfect color and lighting. I love the pristine white in the foreground to the opposite shoreline and then the clouds. You rocked this one. Now stay on solid ground (or ice as the case may be!) :)

Great capture and framing! I have just looked at the other two shots! They are great too. It is so nice to see the same place at different seasons!

I see the very familiar and distinct shape of the CN Tower =) Nice capture of the two different cloud types. This scene looks more vast in size than what it actually is too.

@northy - lakeshore blvd. east and woodbine avenue by the beaches. that's my stomping ground, and you're welcome to it. :-)
January 28th, 2013
@summerfield ahah! drove by there (for the 2nd time ever) late this afternoon on my way to ted reeves arena (small fry had game there today)... both times i was eyeing that spot of beach and wondering if i should figure out how to get there one day :)
January 28th, 2013
@northy - it's actually part of the woodbine park that starts from coxwell/eastern/lakeshore, this part here is the measurement park just in front of the condominiums. right across the lakeshore are the beaches. nice drive. the bridge on main street south of danforth is also my stomping ground for railway shots.
