perhaps because i've been eating so much sushi and sashimi lately. it's the only food i could not get tired of. i bought chinese food tonight, the kind we loved so much the last two winters and it didn't do it for me. needless to say i've not been eating a lot lately - the nutritious food, that is. i can eat sweets without any problem though. :-)
i enjoyed doing this, in photoshop, no less. i added the bokeh in ribbet only because i couldn't get rid of the grey background. i think this would need to be re-done in the future. but for now, methinks it would do. it's late and i had a long day at the office.
this is "curious" by britney spears. the bottle is well sealed as i could not smell the remnants of the perfume.
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are truly appreciated. i promise to catch up with you tomorrow.
This is a great composition! The delicate nature of glass and the shape duplicated by the wagasa (aren't you impressed?) I agree with bokehing the background!
This capture is absolutely adorable. Beautiful composition. I know what you mean, I'm also thinking I have a Japanese gene, eating so much sushi and sashimi. FAV
Love all these perfume shots, really enjoying how different they are from each other. And better than advertising shots (or maybe you have a new career ahead of you).
I THOUGHT Katy was an only child. Clever how you made her triplets! Not listening to you anymore when you say you have basic editing skills. This is so impressive from the shallow DOF to the added bokeh! Fav!
i'm curious. I love the edit, the faux bokeh and the overall comp. But, why are you handling perfume bottles if you are so allergic to it? Oh, and how did you get the shallow dof on the Katy in the rear, if you only have one Katy?
@francoise - let's just say, my creativity is being auditioned. :-) thank you, francoise.
