i had the first portion of my annual physical exams last monday. during the exam, my doctor said she will refer me to a study group at Mt. Sinai hospital because she thought i should be a poster girl for seniors. what's my secret? she asked. eat a lot of chocolate, eat a ton of ice cream lactose intolerance be damned. she'll be changing her mind as soon as she sees my cholesterol count, i'm pretty sure. but she's also impressed with my blood pressure of 92/58 considering i come from a family with acute hypertensive problems (my mother had a stroke at 38).

Wonderfully composed with those tall branches on the left transitioning to the tall couple, and then the tall buildings in the distance! I bet they made you feel like you were in the land of giants!! Congrats on your great physical.....just tell them it is an active mind, and an active body, mostly scampering like this to take pictures!!
