bestie and i arrived in san francisco from manila via tokyo this afternoon. i am staying overnight then i will catch my flight back to Toronto tomorrow.
bestie's only daughter is my godchild. she is also an avid photographer and in a short time she's learned enough to be able to accept gigs. tonight, we went to their lawn and shot the night skies that were rife with stars. while my camera is on long exposure, i saw a plane approaching from the east and i knew instantly that it will ruin my shot of the big dipper. indeed! but it made for quite an interesting shot, n'est-ce pas?
