we went to high park this afternoon to check on how far along the cherry trees are getting on. methinks next weekend, the cherry blossoms will appear. we trekked a path to find a driftwood to do a sue ford shot but this fallen tree trunk is the only possible and passable one for the purpose, hence the intentionally blurred background.
for fiveplustwo's "my favorite/favourite things" theme this week. as you know, i love hats and although i had to give my hats away to the value village (aka goodwill) after the flooding at the old apartment, i had recently acquired two replacements.
