disaster! came out of work later than usual. got into a major train jam, with students being back to school. so i had to go two stations back so i could get a seat. got home in time before that big thunderstorm with a real heavy downpour came. and as i ate my supper, i bemoaned the fact that i just polished the windows in the living room.
then i sliced some apples and some seven-year old cheddar cheese for my shot. i got sidetracked and when i came to, there was only a morsel of cheese on the plate and i don't know where the apple slices went. one of life's mysteries, you know!

just so you know, i couldn't scroll down further on my home feed to look at your photos. someone, i forgot who it was, had posted one or two photos of snakes and that just about killed my enthusiasm tonight. while i am deathly afraid of dogs, snakes give me nightmares. so i'll give it two days before i could scroll down and check out your photos. sorry, guys. alternatively, leave me a comment to let me know you have an awesome pic without snake. tah!
It could have been a snake that told you to eat those apple slices, but then that doesn't explain the cheese. So glad you found some more apples because this is a super capture. Wishing you a quick recovery from the day.
