you see, i was photographing these bunch of pipes (i don't know what kind of pipes they are) at different angles when a gentleman toting a canon with a giant lens approached me and said, "you must be a real artist to want to capture these. exactly what do you see?" i told him i see "pipes with some strange thingies around them." then, as i continued shooting, i said that the pipes were "like a song, it has rhythm." (i was so impressed with myself when i said that :-P) to which he said "wow!" and after a minute of watching me he asked if i minded him taking my photo. i gave him a nonchalant hitch of my shoulder as i moved on to the next batch of pipes around the area.
so, do you see the rhythm in these pipes? because now i don't!
this is a grand slam:
for the eye of the beholder challenge.
also for the black and white challenge which is patterns.
for the weekly theme-monochrome
for the song title challenge - here's ella fitzgerald https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSTkz1BvrXY
also the flash of red
and finally for my get-pushed assignment this week which is 'dutch tilt'.
First of all FAV.
Second of all kudos for hitting so many themes with one excellent image.
Third of all go you for being an inspiration to someone else.
Fourth of all Congratulations on being his subjects for the day.

Faith of all I do see the rhythm
I see rhythm and patterns and order and industry and beauty, Why on earth would you not want to capture all of that? Well done on all accounts. Definitely time for a rest after fulfilling all of those categories.
They appear to be scaffold legs. I know the song they make quite well - it's "Bang!! Crash!! Bang!!" One thing scaffold guys really love to do is make noise. The sounds are ear piercing when they toss them around - and they pretty much spend all day tossing them around.
