pillars by summerfield

pillars

the heat wasn't as bad as the weekend's but it was still as hot as july. i braved a few shots outside of the union station before promptly going underneath the path so not a lot of interesting shots. i'm pissed at that whatever in the foreground, something like an enclosure or protection for something, as there's still a lot of construction happening at the station. however, i'm rather thankful for that lady with the bags even though she gave me the evil eye. :-D

I was going to suggest cropping the bottom but then remembered the SOOC challenge. Still a fabulous shot.

Wonderful lighting on this shot. The pillars are dramatic and the lady really gives proportion to their size.

I like all the lines in this. Good job.

without the foreground obstruction, I guess there would have been more of those splendid pillars of reflection on the ground. What huge pillars, dwarfing the lady with the bags.
